- Single-storey extensions: (standard & wrap-around) — design, groundworks, steels, first-fix, and finishes.
- Damp proofing & moisture control: Addressing rising damp with chemical/physical DPC, penetrating damp repairs (repointing, gutters, sealing), basement tanking & floor membranes, and condensation control (PIV units, extractor upgrades, airflow improvements).
- Specialist replastering: Using lime, waterproof, and salt-resistant materials.
- Timber treatment: Addressing dry/wet rot.
We also offer supporting works such as structural & small works (knock-throughs, lintels/padstones, stud walls, first-fix carpentry), groundworks & drainage (French drains, soakaways, surface falls), landscaping finishes (patios, paths, fencing, turf), and rubbish clearance. Eco-Friendly Construction
At Eco Build Solutions, we prioritise building and repairing in a way that protects both your home and the environment. Our eco-friendly approach includes:
- Diagnosing with moisture mapping, IR checks, and salts testing.
- Designing moisture-safe details with ventilation, drainage, and breathable finishes.
- Choosing low-impact materials such as recycled, natural, or low-carbon options.
- Installing cleanly with solvent-free adhesives and dust control.
- Verifying & maintaining with handover checks and a 12-month follow-up.
We prefer breathable plasters & renders (lime/lime-hemp, NHL 2/3.5), recycled membranes, smart vapour control layers, insulation with low embodied carbon (woodfibre, cork, cellulose, sheep wool), calcium-silicate boards, boron-based timber protection, mineral/silicate paints, blended cements, and efficient ventilation. We are waste-smart, using selective strip-out, reusing clean hardcore, and separating materials for recycling. We don't use "seal-it-and-hope" coatings, gypsum or vinyl paints on drying masonry, or chemical DPCs without justification. The result is longer-lasting fabric, better indoor air quality, and lower embodied carbon, backed by our 20-year guarantee.
